Dr. Santosh Mukherjee is a dynamic leader and technologist with over 36 years of experience in innovation across semiconductor chip engineering, digital embedded technology, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and extended reality (XR). His expertise spans mission-critical applications in drones, aerospace, energy distribution, IoT in healthcare, wireless telecommunications, defense, medical technology, and robotic surgery.
 
As the CEO and Chief Innovation & Development Officer of Santech International Inc. (San-Lab) for the past 11+ years, Dr. Mukherjee has been instrumental in driving innovation, managing technological change, and spearheading strategic growth initiatives. He is a visionary who not only originates groundbreaking ideas but also recognizes and nurtures innovation within his teams.
 
Under his leadership, Santech has:
•Signed numerous Semiconductor projects  contracts with multinational companies in the USA.
•Developed 4 large IoT products leveraging AI, ML, and digitized process controls, successfully deployed across 10 organizations.
•Played a key role in establishing two large data centers in the USA and Mexico to handle critical data analytics assignments.
•Partnered with the Science & Technology Department (Govt. of India) to establish a Center of Excellence in Nanoelectronics in Boston.
 
Dr. Mukherjee’s professional journey includes senior leadership roles with Fortune 100 organizations such as Digital, George R Funaro, TCG Bell Labs, and Mapquest in the USA, where he served as Director, Senior VP of Innovation Projects, and Chief Scientist. In India, he held roles with CMC and Williamson Maggor Group, including Manager of Signaling Projects and EDP Manager.
 
A pioneer in Semiconductor technology transforming to AI based , Dr. Mukherjee who is PhD and DSc from USA universities , has been recognized globally for his contributions, particularly in designing microprocessor chips for telecommunications, nanotechnology, power systems, and medical technology. His innovation efforts also extend to advisory roles, including a recent association with NIST USA as an Innovation Advisor, and academic roles as a Senior Adjunct Professor and Research Advisor with leading universities in the USA and India.
