Who We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experts in 3–12 micron chip development (mid/low-range generic chips)
🔹 Seasoned leaders with 10–20 years in RTL, Physical Design (P&R), DFT, STA, and GDSII flow
🔹 Professionals experienced in Automotive, Defense, Medical Electronics, Industrial IoT, or Consumer Devices
🔹 Hands-on with EDA tools (Synopsys/Cadence/Siemens) and AI-driven design flows
🔹 Background in RISC-V, analog/mixed-signal, or IoT chip trends is a plus

Preferred Profile:
✅ Worked with industry giants like TSMC, Intel, Samsung, GlobalFoundries, TI, STMicro, NXP, or Renesas
✅ Exposure to fabless/IDM ecosystems and scaling designs from tape-out to production
✅ Leadership in cross-functional teams (Design-Fab-Package)
