Full-time We are seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to oversee specific semiconductor manufacturing operations such as dry etch, CMP, or lithography. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintain tool performance, control process parameters, and ensure the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor critical operational parameters and ensure all tools function within defined control limits.
- Maintain and optimize tool health for maximum performance and reliability.
- Identify and mitigate defects in processes to improve yield and product quality.
- Ensure process availability and manage costs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., dry etch, CMP, lithography).
- Proficiency in analyzing and managing defect levels and tool performance metrics.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and cost optimization in a high-tech environment.
